This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection” (hereinafter — the Law) and governs the processing of personal data of users of the website belhol.by.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data are deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z, you have the right to:

obtain information about which of your personal data the Data Controller processes;
request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
request the cessation of processing and/or deletion of your data;
withdraw previously given consent to the processing of your personal data;
lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus: cpd.by.
